The CK Worldwide European Diamond Series Flex-Loc 230 is engineered for higher-amperage performance, long-session comfort, and greater torch positioning. Rated at 230 amps, its water-cooled design and 360° Flex-Loc head give welders the control to work around complex joints, restricted spaces, and demanding fabrication.

Every EDSFL230 includes CK’s complete Diamond Series package:

360° Flex-Loc Head
Position the torch around the weld instead of working around a fixed head. The Flex-Loc head rotates through 360° and locks securely in position, providing greater access and a more comfortable torch angle for tight or difficult joints.

Ergonomic Handle
Built for stability and control. The Diamond Series handle features a variety of switch types, molded for a natural grip — perfect for steady torch angles across all welding positions.

SuperFlex Cable Set
Every EDSFL230 includes CK’s ultra-flexible SuperFlex cable, designed to move with you, not against you. With reduced drag and improved maneuverability, it is ideal for out-of-position TIG and tight-access work.

Italian Leather Hose Cover
Lightweight, heat-resistant, and built to last. The included leather hose wrap protects your cable from abrasion while maintaining flexibility and a clean, professional appearance.

CK Starter Kit Included
Every Diamond Series torch includes our signature Starter Kit. You'll get everything you need to strike your first arc, from gas lenses and collets to cups and tungsten, all matched to your torch.
